Emma Louise Harris’ first solo exhibition ‘CMYK: Adventures in Colour’

Emma Louise Harris has just put up her first solo exhibition in Harbour Lights, Ocean Village.

In the last 5 years or so Emma has concentrated on honing her abstract painting skills, experimenting with colour palettes and painting techniques. At first Emma worked on small canvases and paper but has recently branched out into using larger canvases and is enjoying the freedom this brings.
Her paintings are abstract ‘dreamscapes’ that explore the joy of vibrant colours jostling against each other and do not generally depict anything specific from the physical world. However, small elements like leaves, trees and flowers do sneak into some of her paintings indicating Emma’s love of the natural world.

The exhibition runs from 2nd July to 31st July with an opening reception at 4pm on Saturday 8th July from 4pm. See the link below:
